Workspace Basics

You can orient yourself within the interface with the help of the Workspace Basics section.Workspace.png

File Menu

Click the File button to access commands that can be applied to the document.

File Menu includes Open, New PDF, Recent files, Save, Save as, Print, Export PDF, Settings, Check for updates, Feedback, About, and Exit.

Note1Settings

In File > Settings, you can adjust General settings, Reading settings, and Other settings.

Note2Check For Updates

In Checks For Updates, you can check if there is an updated version.

Quick Access Toolbar

Click this button to open an existing document
Click the button to save an active document
Click this button to print an active document
Click the button to undo the last action in an active document
Click the button to redo the last action in an active document
Click this button to open the home page

Ribbon Bar

The Ribbon Bar contains the following tabs: Start, Read, Comment, Edit, Convert, Page, and Protect. The PDF Agile features are organized under the tabs located on the top of the screen:

Status Bar

The Status Bar can help you check the file size, confirm the file pages, adjust the file layout and page layout, and use the zoom bar to zoom.

Start Page

The Start Page is the page that appears when you open the PDF Agile application.
